Delivery

    What are your delivery charges?

    We offer the following services and charges for delivery:

    - Express Delivery inc. Gift Box (1-2 working days) - £6.99
    - Standard Delivery inc. Gift Box (3-5 working days) - £2.99
    -  No Gift Box (3-5 working days) - Free
    - Free Standard Delivery inc. Gift Box on all order over £100

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders will be processed and dispatched in 2-3 business days. We use Royal Mail for all of our orders, sending out on a Second Class service. This means your order should be with you 2-3 days from the dispatch date.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we only currently deliver to the UK. Watch this space for any future developments!

Product Care

    What is Gold Vermeil?

    Gold Vermeil consists of a 925 Silver base with a 14K Gold plating which is 2.5 microns thick. In short, it means that the colour and shine is crafted to last at a fraction of the price of solid gold.

    How do I keep my jewellery looking beautiful?

    The gold vermeil plating on each piece means that they are naturally pretty resilient, however, we'd recommend taking your jewellery off when in water (showering, washing-up, swimming etc) to keep it looking at it's best. 

    To bring back the luster, you can either rub the metal gently with a microfibre cloth, or use a small amount of silver cleaner to give it an even more brilliant shine!

    Can I replate my jewellery?

    Absolutely - Over time, the plating will wear away (although this will be over a long period due to the thickness of the plating) to reveal the 925 Silver base. Your local jeweller will be able to replate your jewellery should you wish to do so. 

Returns & Exchanges

    Am I able to return my order?

    Absolutely - At Danielle Silvie we take great pride in our pieces, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your items.

    Please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page  within 14 days of receiving your order for a return. Please note that the items must be unworn and in their original condition complete with packaging. The customer will bear any delivery costs to return an order.

    Danielle Silvie cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, so we would recommend using a tracked service to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

    Can I exchange for another product?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or changes of mind, however, we do have a refund policy as outlined above.
